Fairly prompt release. Should be even quicker the following weeks. As is common nowadays, we’re working off the official subs, but everything else is in-house. For some reason the web streams don’t show the OP animation or the end card, so we spliced it in from a broadcast.

This is my first time hearing about “Manko” being a fansub group name. Made me laugh :D. I am just curious, why did you call your the name of your fansub group to be a woman’s vagina? Did you expect many people would not know what Manko is? 🙂

haha…i was right 😀 It mean to be vagina :D. My classmate told me about Manko when I went to a Japanese Language school in Tokyo. Everytime the teacher would ask me a question in Japanese, my friend would whisper “manko” to me to mess up my answer. The only time it worked was when I had to use the photobooth for the ID resident card to be created, and just when the photo was about to be taken, he said Manko. I didn’t expect that and ended up trying to hide my laughter. Those 3 shots it took were kind of ruined..lucky was able to use the 2nd shot at that had less of a laugh but kind of a smirk 😀 I am not spending another 700 yen on a set of prints.:)

Am I the only one who gets black typesetting with a black background? Updating the codecs didn’t help either.

Ah, found the problem, MPC shows the Locations style as being set to ‘Opaque box’ instead of ‘Outline’ like the others.

Easily fixable while watching if you know how to do it, but likely a problem for the average viewer.

The QCers didn’t seem to have the issue, and it worked fine in MPC+CCCP under Windows for me as well as Mplayer Extended, VLC and MPV on my mac. So, I’m inclined to say the issue is on your end. Do you have xy-VSFilter installed?
Since the border is still set to zero, if the subtitle renderer is behaving correctly, the opaque box option should not be doing anything. I’ll update the style for future releases anyways since it’s unnecessarily checked and this might be a problem for a few others. Thanks!

MPC-HC and K-Lite here on Windows 10. Will have to see about xy-VSFilter, I know I had it at some point, but it might have been lost in various codec updates and the upgrade to Win10…
